Hallo, ich bin sehr sehr positiv von den AVES Produkten angetan. Sie helfen mir mich nicht nur fitter zu fühlen sondern auch fitte zu sein. Besonders was die kognitiven Fähigkeiten angeht. Ich wollte die Mibilieser ausprobieren wegen meine LWS Schmerzen und da ich auch in Wechseljahren bin, hoffte auch Verbesserung! Ich nehme es nur seit paar Wochen! Habe auch langsam angefangen mit eine Kps pro Tag für die erste Woche, danach weiter mit zwei Kps pro Tag. Vom Gefühl her, habe tatsächlich nach eine Woche keine Schmerzen mehr in LWS gehabt! Ich mache aber auch zusätzlich Rückenübungen ! Die Schmerzen sind doch noch manchmal spürbar , aber ich bin zuversichtlich, dass es besser wird, wenn ich längere Zeit die Kps einnehme !
