These micronutrients are not easy to obtain from a diet alone. Getting a sufficient amount of Vitamin D, K2, Zinc, Magnesium, B vitamins and Omega-3s for your body can be challenging. Besides, these ingredients have been extensively studied and showed well-established health benefits.
We still favour a 'food-first' approach whenever possible and encourage everyone to eat a healthy, varied diet. Magnesium and Zinc can be found in food sources, but can be more difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts. While we don't cover 100% of the daily requirement for these minerals, our carefully selected amounts are designed to fill common nutrient gaps.
We understand that taking multiple capsules can be a hassle, but there is no way to get a high enough dose of nutrients in just one or two capsules. We wanted to ensure proper doses of Omega-3, D3, K2, Zinc, methylated B-complex and Magnesium. The liquid Omega-3 oil can also not be combined with the solid other nutrients.
