Verena holds a degree in journalism & communication from the Free University of Berlin (FU) and developed her copywriting and content management skills for quite some years in the healthcare field. The companies she worked in had all one philosophy in common: to empower people to live a healthier lifestyle.

In her spare time Verena loves to teach her dog Penny new tricks and also to volunteer for animal welfare projects. Beside this she teaches yoga therapy to help people getting back in touch with themselves when going through rough times like with depression or grief. As a self called “supplement junkie” she falls for anything supporting her personal longevity goals. She can’t live without her dance classes and singing-songwriting sessions as this was her first career.
